Optimum Online is the Web site edition of Optimum: The Journal of Public Sector Management. It is produced quarterly by The Summit Group, with assistance from the Centre on Governance, University of Ottawa.
Optimum Online continues the reputation set by the printed journal over the past 30 years. The online journal is a unique publication focusing on national and international issues at the managerial frontiers of public administration. It publishes both theoretical and applied materials that deal with current and future trends in the practice of public sector management. While its focus is on management and the public sector, it seeks original material of relevance from all sectors, including articles on private sector management and practice that apply to the public sector.
