Judy Layne is the Dean of Science and Health at the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology. She was recently awarded an MA (Public Administration) and was a double-gold medalist in her undergraduate studies in science, education and personnel management. Her areas of academic interest include program evaluation and performance measurement in the public sector, and alternative service delivery models such as public-private sector partnerships. Ms. Layne has worked in both the public and private sectors in human resources management, and she has published articles on various human resource management and general management topics in professional journals.
